2008 at Sanford Lake County Park.

MEMORIAL
DAY PARADE: MONDAY, MAY 26, 2008
The Sanford American Legion is hosting a Memorial Day Parade on May 26,
2008.
Parade Route: Along Saginaw Road from the
Food Pride Grocery Store (IGA) and concluding at the park by the Dam.
Lineup starts at noon. Parade begins at 1pm.

Crappie Fest - on Sanford Lake last Wednesday in February
Walleye and Bass Tournaments held throughout the summer
Parades and Activities:
Memorial Day Parade Monday at 1:00pm downtown Sanford
Fourth of July Boat Parade held on Sanford Lake at 3:00pm
Festivals:
Founders Days - held Saturday and Sunday first weekend in September. Pancake
breakfast 7:00-10:00am. Parade at 12:00pm. Bean soup at 1:00pm. Activities
all day long. Vendors, demonstrations, and dancing. For more information
call the Sanford Historical Society.
Races:
Mud Creek Crawl held at Pine Haven Recreation
5k and 10k races held throughout the year
